Hi have had a chance to use my donbot ice machine for about a month now, and it has been great. It arrived quickly and safely. It was easy to set up, and at first after my rotator cuff and detatched bicep surgery I was using it fairly non-stop. Now, I'm using it mostly at night. It has kept the swelling down a lot, and not having to deal with ice packs has been great. I followed some suggestions here to use frozen water bottles in the water so that it lasts even longer, though sometimes I do put ice in with the bottles to get an "instant" cold. I decided to get the generic pad instead of the shoulder pad, and it took a bit to get it held in place with the velcro as it needs to be conformed to the shape. I am planning on using the generic pad on my back at some point in the future.
