Please be aware the customer chooses the shipping. UPS ground and US Post Office Priority mail are estimates only. If you order a package on Friday, next day service is for MONDAY. If you need Saturday delivery, you have to call to arrange that service. UPS, Fedex and the US Post Office are not offering any money back guaranteed service during Covid. Most Cold Therapy Units are eligible for FREE SHIPPING - Free shipping applies to all orders over $60. Products eligible for free shipping will have a free shipping option at checkout. All non-cold therapy units will ship US Post Office first class mail. It will be 5-10 business days. Please note that we ship all items "no signature required". Fixed shipping charges are for standard delivery. If you wish to receive your products faster, at check out you will be provided all options that USPS and UPS have to offer. |

Shipping Cutoff Time If ordered by 12:00 PM EST, your order will ship that day unless an unforeseen "out of stock" event occurs. If this is the case, you will receive a call or email within hours of placing the order. |

WEEKENDS & AFTER 12:00PM EST ORDERS If you place your order on the weekends or after 12:00 PM EST, your order will be shipped the next business day. Example: If you order on a Friday at 4:35 PM EST, then your package will go out on Monday. If you have any questions, please call us at the below number. If you need anything urgently, please call and we can let you know if we can get it out the same day or not. Next Day Orders If ordered by 12:00 PM EST, your order will ship that day. If you placed your order next day air, and it is after 12:00PM EST, your order will ship the next business day. UPS does not deliver on Saturday as a business day.
