I ordered what was supposed to be The the pad that your site said would work. The part delivered is not compositable to my " Kodiac Ice Machine I own" I have part c000`6 I was told I need The Kodiac Back Pad Please send that as I have to return this. I need This product know.
Your customer service did tell me they need to remover that product from the Kodiac Ice Macine accessories tab< REALLY >>>>>why would that not have been removed already?? false advertising? please fix this I have to pay to return product.

Even though I was charged extra for this tracking system, I was not able to load the app on my phone and unable to use it. I have an older phone and was given a message that the app was not compatible with it. I tracked for free on USPS.
