AWESOME way to do cold therapy. Simple easy to use lasts all day without having to change ice.

First off I want to say that the Polar Care Glacier is a very well built cooler. My sister-in-law had the same exact one and it went through 4 outher peoples surgeries as well as my own. I tried to save a few dollars and ordered a different one off Amazon first. It had great reviews, but boy was that a mistake. It was so cheap looking that I sent it back before trying it. I went ahead and purchased the same one as my sister-in-laws and couldn't be happier. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

I called in to put my order in with only the product number of my old unit, The gentleman that answered the phone was very courteous and helpful same as they were the first time when i had to order an accessory for my unit, staff is very helpful and they take the time to explain everything up front as in what you will be receiving, how much you are getting billed and when will you get it, and everything was on point, this is definitely a good company to do business with, and i definitely recomend it
