Four Points of Leverage
The straps are positioned to enhance the support of the ACL.
Sleeve Vs. Wraparound
Sleeves require you to remove your shoe and slide the brace over your foot. Fits more snugly and stays in place. Once it's on it's requires little adjustment. The negative of a sleeve is it doesn't work well over pants. Wraparound braces are easier to apply especially for those with less hand strength and can be worn over thin pants. The velcro can be tightened or loosened for a more adjustable fit. Great for users who can't bend over as well and have trouble getting a sleeve on or off. The negative of a wraparound brace is the velcro can loosen during activity requiring a quick tightening of the Velcro.
Hi10™(high tenacity nylon/spandex fabric) offers unmatched comfort and fit
DonJoy's New Advanced Spacer fabric promotes a "cool" environment for activities on all levels
Molded strap tabs allow quick and easy strap adjustments to deliver a secure and comfortable fit. (Only available on the Drytex material)

This brace is exactly what I needed, and what my Ortho recommended. I have torn meniscus and floating bodies in my knee that will be addressed via surgery this spring. Until then I required something more substantial than elastic/neoprene sleeves, but not as bulky and uncomfortable as my Don Joy brace from my previous total reconstruction. This brace fit the bill perfectly. And since I opted for the sleeve, it fits great under my pants. I was right at the upper limit of the small around my calf, just below (by about 3/4") the upper limit of the thigh, and a little over on my actual knee circumstance. As such, the brace is very snug. Hard to say if the medium would have been better, but after talking to their personnel, taking in to account my age, and my intended use, the small is just fine. My only issue is when I am in a seated position, I do experience some discomfort right behind my knee. However, I did not get this to just casually wear when I am sitting around, so I am basically pleased with the fit.

Not as shown but still effective

Ordered the Brace based on the picture and recommendation from our ortho it’s not the same Brace as pictured but just as effective although i did find one $15 cheaper
The staff was very nice and responsive and offered for me to return the Beace but my son used the brace and was comfortable with it so we kept it and i agree with the one review that says the sizing is off

Knee brace slips down

In my opinion the brace is well made and good quality, however it doesn't stay in place and slides down my leg.

I have been wearing the donjoy playmaker every day for the last 2 weeks due to a MCL injury and so the brace has held up very well and is making recovery much easier and keeping me on my feet and not just laid up unable to work. I highly recommend this brace forbany ACL MCL OR LCL injuries.

Way too small

This was way to small, I followed all the measurements and bought exactly what it said to order. I could not even get it up my arm. The return policy is terrible and they don’t even give you a return label or the address, you have to search for it, pay to return and pay a restocking fee unless you exchange. Which I will not do when I paid for two day shipping and lost out on that as well.
