Get the Most Out of Your Breg Polar Care Cube with the Multi-Use XL Pad: Step-by-Step Guide

Cold therapy can be an incredibly effective solution for shoulder pain relief, but using your device properly is essential to maximize benefits and ensure safety. Here’s a comprehensive guide to help you set up and apply your Breg Polar Care Cube with the Multi-Use XL Pad.

Step 1: Confirm Your Pad

Make sure you’re using the correct pad by checking the part number on the white label in the front-right corner of the pad. This ensures you have a compatible part for your Cube system.

Step 2: Follow Safety Instructions

Cold therapy can be very effective, but it should be used with caution. Always use a protective barrier, like a sterile dressing, between the pad and your skin to avoid frostbite. Our sterile pads are available on our website, or you can use a thin towel or t-shirt.

Step 3: Apply the Pad

For shoulder application:

  1. Place the pad on your shoulder, aligning it for comfort.
  2. Use the long strap to wrap around the shoulder and fasten it in place.
  3. Secure the smaller strap under your arm.
  4. Connect the hoses by pressing down on the metal tabs until you hear a click—this indicates a secure fit.

Bonus Tip: Streamline Your Ice Rotation

To keep your cooler ready without constantly fetching ice, consider using freeze bags. Freeze 12 bags in advance, keep a few in the cooler, and rotate them in and out from your freezer. This trick will save you time and make therapy sessions smoother, especially when you’re on your own.

With these steps, you’re set for a comfortable and effective cold therapy session!
