How to Use and Apply the ARC Iceless Cold Therapy Machine
- Prepare the CryoCore: Place the CryoCore heat exchanger in the freezer for about 4 hours to fully chill.
- Insert the CryoCore: Once frozen, insert the CryoCore into the insulated cover. Use the handle to safely manage the device and avoid any mishaps.
- Attach the Control Unit: Slide the control unit into place and press the tabs on the sides until you hear a "click," ensuring everything is securely connected.
- Apply the Wrap: Attach the chosen pad (shoulder, knee, or hip) to the treatment area. Ensure a protective barrier between the pad and your skin to prevent frostbite.
- Start Your Session: Connect the power supply to the unit. Choose between a 30-minute session by pressing the button once or a continuous session by holding the button for 3 seconds.
- Maintain Proper Positioning: Keep the unit and pad level to ensure optimal therapy results.
- End Session: To stop therapy, press the button to pause, and unplug the device to power it down.
