The machine works 100% as advertised unfortunately for my case with all the ice and following the directions it just doesn’t get cold enough for me. My friend tried it and told me that it’s too cold for him . So I gave it 5 stars because it does exactly as advertised
Have been using the knee compression wraps for five months after bi-lateral knee replacement and injured my shoulder so i thought id give it a try. Works just as well. Solid product line.
I tore my medial meniscus. This brace is the best. It holds my knee in place and releases the pain on the inside of the knee. I am able let me knee heal while still working and staying active.
Very handy power source. The Kodiak would be better with an on:off switch.
The knee wrap works very well but the dressing is a waste of material. Does not stay attached to the wrap more a nuisance than anything else.
I had a severe tear in my gluteus medius right hip. Open surgery to repair with a dermal graft June 26. I have been using my DonJoy Iceman every day and it has helped tremendously with the pain & discomfort. I am so glad I invested in this healing aid to improve my recovery.

I’m extremely disappointed in the ankle wrap. I had a severe calcaneus fracture with fusion that requires icing multiple times per day. I had been using the multi use pad, which is really too big and cumbersome for the ankle. However, it allowed much more volume of water to flow through it. The ankle wrap does not allow much water flow and has much smaller water pockets, which means it does not circulate well and hardly gets cold at all very disappointed to say the least.

Bought this unit to use post op. Have not used it yet except to try it to make sure I knew how to use it.
This dressing does not fit the pad as it should. It does not cover the entire pad and requires us to put another layer of protection under the pad so it does not come in contact with the skin.
Typically, when you need to order something like this, it’s because you have an injury you need it so it’s very disappointed for it. Take over 10 days and it still hasn’t arrived.
We were given your brand of ice wrap in the hospital, but needed extra ice packs to keep the cold coming. Thanks for an excellent product, great service, and quick speed.
I ordered the XL shoulder wrap, based on the website’s sizing recommendations, which was a big mistake. It’s going to be very difficult to nearly impossible for me to put the pad on my shoulder by myself. Unfortunately, even though I haven’t used it yet, I can’t return it. My recommendation would be to think twice when ordering, regarding which pad to buy.

I have had hand surgery and foot surgery. I have the BREG Cold Compression and Wave machine with multiple pads including one for my hand and one for my foot/ankle. I had used it continuously after each surgery. Due to the use of this machine, my pain was reduced and I needed less meds. My most recent bunionectomy, now, at 5 weeks post-op, I use the foot/ankle pad all night long and whenever I’ve been on my feet too long to reduce swelling and discomfort. When I use it at night I wake up in the morning with no swelling or pain. It provides just the right amount of cooling without the risk of frostbite. I highly recommend this machine. I fill it before bed and the ice lasts all night. Customer service is extremely helpful and caring when needed and very professional. Worth the cost.
