Bought unit 3 years ago for first knee replacement. Same pad got me through that knee and halfway through recovery of second knee replacement. Had to order a new pad. So happy the new one fit the connection.

Works great. Sure beats buying ice! They do eventually wear out. I had a couple spring a leak after 5 months use. I am on my second set.

Best ice packs! Put them in your wrap and can wear for hours of relief!!

I ordered before my rotator cuff surgery. It really helped reduce the pain and icing it actually helped more than the pain meds. But it did leak on my first use and I didn’t want to the trouble of trying to do a return right at surgery. It was replaced after i was recovered. And connecting the shoulder pad part to the unit was harsh after surgery so I would recommend having someone do that for you if you have someone that can. Hoping DonJoy addresses these issues. Those are the only issues i had and the replacement unit didn’t leak.

Needed a replacement pad for my Breg polar cube ice machine. I thought I might have to replace the whole cooling wrap but found I could get the inner replacement pad. What a savings! I also found the ice bags. Eager to use them when the time comes instead of needed a constant ice supply. All items look like a good quality. Not looking forward to my knee revision but am happy I am prepared for all the ice treatments I will be needing.

I love the intense cold coverage from this system. It’s so much better than ice packs/gel pads. It is best to store the pads flat to prevent damaging the plastic lining and causing leaks. Don’t try to roll or fold them up small. These pads conform to my anatomy, making it more effective and easy to keep in place. It quickly eliminates the need for pain meds. While the wide elastic bands allow custom fit, it can be a bit tricky getting the pads secured in place with just one hand. So I leave it on for the day and just disconnect from power between sessions. Likewise, the snap tight lid of my 3 yr old unit is a challenge to open single handedly because the unit has no significant lip to apply pressure against when needing to change out ice. I use small frozen water bottles sitting in distilled water, rather than ice cubes, to make the whole changing ice process easier. After the first day’s use, it became clear that it was a must have for the future times, too.

Works great. Instructions from the manufacturer for the shoulder cuff are terrible. Once I figured it out, easy to use. Past use was for knee replacement. Customer service is outstanding. Highly recommended.

Pad arrived quickly. Good service over the phone. Product works well. Very difficult to put on alone. The over the shoulder portion should be curved to fit the shoulder better. My husband struggles to attach the hose. I back it up with the wrap given to us by the hospital so I can move about the house and not be tied to a machine

We had used the Breg Cold Therapy system on both of my wife's knee replacements with awesome results. When she recently injured her shoulder I ordered the shoulder cold therapy pad and it has worked great!! It has helped tremendously with the swelling in her arm and she says it is so very soothing at night.

These bags have been a lifesaver in my knee replacement recover. It’s been so easy to swap out for frozen bags into my Breg polar care wave ice macine. I have been using them 24/7 and it has helped speed up my recovery.

This machine is a game changer. Cold shoulder is what the doc ordered and my CTM delivers exactly that. Easy to out in with one hand/arm or with spousal help. Holds plenty of water and I use 4 12 oz water bottles rotating in and out of the freezer. Easy to operate and very effective!!!
