We have the knee and foot pads and can’t imagine life without them. So easy to use. So effective. Such a good investment
I absolutely love how great the ice therapy is with breg ice machines. Unfortunately I'm on surgery four that I've needed a breg ice machine for and I'm to have to buy a fourth one. I haven't had a breg ice machine work the next time I needed it. This one worked for about 3 hours today then stopped.
I love my Breg ice machine. I’ve had one for many many years and I finally needed to replace it. The new liners to stick on the pad is a game changer. I was always looking for a thin cloth to wear between me and the ice pad. Speaking of ice. The new to me Ice Freeze Bags are genius. I always had bottles of water on hand and ice cubs to top it off. These freezer bags are awesome. Thank you
I had total knee replacement two days ago and this icing system has been great. It’s easy to use and very effective.
I have an older Breg cold machine, but when my PT suggested compression might help (after a total shoulder arthroplasty), looked up this site and found the new Breg with cold and compression. I LOVE IT!!! It’s great at relieving pain. Works like a charm. Ant the videos from this site on how to use it have been very helpful, i bought the universal pad, and i just ordered the shoulder pad because it is a bit larger and i think will cover more of the shoulder. I highly recommend it and this store!!!!!
Bought this to help with rehab for a torn meniscus. Works amazing and has definitely been a benefit over using standard old school ice packs. Highly recommend for anyone needing to ice a knee, shoulder, back, or any other body part. Might even use it to keep my drink cold…😂
My puppy chewed mine and made it unusable. This was a perfect fit and it arrived fast!
These pads are so great, and stay cold so long I bought a second so that I can change them out and keep on rocking
Placing the order was a breeze & the bags arrived quickly.
I was surprised when I went to fill them the day before my husband's knee replacement surgery & found the bags had no printing on them. I contacted the company & was told they didn't have them because of tariffs. I was shocked that they would send me a knock-off inferior brand for the same price. Two reps responded in separate emails; one was rude & the other explained that they are the same bag but the printing couldn't be done on them. I'm relieved if that is indeed the case, but still disappointed that there was no communication regarding this included with the shipment.
Despite having to guess at where the fill line is, it seems we've got them about right and they do work well in the Breg Cube. Three at a time, swapped out as needed, keeps the water icy cold.

I’ve had a breg polar care 300 for years and used it a lot. The electric pump finally broke and yes, I opened it up and tried to fix it. It was definitely broke. I had it for over 20 years at least. Not a bad investment. I upgraded to this unit and so far I’m happy with it. I will be purchasing the battery pump option also. Just buy the battery option right away, you know you will need it. The only problem I had with the older model is that I loaned it out to a church member and never got it back. Christianity at its finest, I guess.
This product is my new best friend! Greatly reduces both pain and inflammation.
Not thrilled with this product. Should have purchased the auto/electric one (as opposed to the manual one) as it did not fill up consistently and the water got warm quickly. When it did work, it provided good relief, however.
I am 2 days post op and I believe this is helping so much. Easy. A friend helping me and Velcro straps get stuck on things like the chair, so still working on the technique to wrap without snagging on stuff. Quiet. Fill twice a day. I do understand why there is no timer, but it would be nice to be able to turn off myself if there was one since I have to wait for her to come to unplug and unwrap
Was very pleased with the quick delivery of the hip pad attachment. It is comfortable and delivers the cold as ordered. My bruising is minimum at 8 days post op and no noticeable swelling.
I bought this for my post neck surgery and now I’m addicted to sleeping on it! It’s the perfect amount of cooling for healing and for cool sleeping with the occasional night sweats.
I have a bad shoulder, bone on bone, I ordered this after using traditional ice packs. It is so much better having the constant cold therapy with the shoulder pad. Can get several hours of cold relief without messing with ice packs every half hour. Ordered it, and received it in a couple days. Don't over think it, just get one. You will be glad you did
Great Product. The first one leaked but customer service got me an immediate replacement which works great. I am a very satisfied customer.
It sets up quickly, I placed it on a rolling cart, turned it on and ran it on low 20 on 20 off 20 on. Worked great, quiet and didnt leak! Rolled the cart into the kitchen and emptied it and drained the pad and hose. I used 3 ice bags and would add a little more water or extra ice on top. I’m all set for my surgery!
Unfortunately for me, this is my second revision And a full replacement to my knee replacement. I have rented similar machines for the two previous surgeries. I wish I would have purchased this from
